This program system is a holistic approach to help manage stressors, calm your whole body and support your body’s natural detoxification processes. In just two weeks, your body will feel revived and reinvigorated. A sound dietary detox assists the body’s natural processes of detoxification and allows it to function at its best. The Sport program is here to help ensure your training is fruitful, fun and rewarding. It will ensure you consistently build your fitness, agility, strength and stamina towards your sporting goal. The Sport program includes expertly-designed speciality programs, including 5km, 10km and half marathon running programs, Bike Fit, Racquet Fit, Hike Fit, Ball Fit and Golf Fit too.
